What does exclusive mean?

Every Reach Response opportunity is assigned to one Reach Response real-estate partner and is not resold or rerouted to another. Category and full-market exclusivity are separate territory options.

Are opportunities guaranteed to close?

No. Reach Response does not guarantee contact, appointments, agreements, listings, contracts, commission, or closings.

Does Reach Response replace my CRM?

No. Reach Response is a focused opportunity and routing layer that can complement your current CRM.

Can we upload old leads?

Yes. CSV CRM revival includes mapping, validation, deduplication, suppression, preview, and an import report.

How do the fair-housing safeguards work?

Personal characteristics and demographic proxies are never used for targeting, exclusion, scoring, routing, ranking, or reporting.
