Reach Response Exclusivity Policy

Every Reach Response-generated opportunity is assigned to one Reach Response real-estate partner. The same opportunity is not sold, routed, or delivered to another Reach Response real-estate partner.

Category exclusivity is a separate paid territory option for approved accounts. Different partners may hold different categories in the same geographic market.

Full-market exclusivity requires a custom six- or twelve-month agreement and does not activate with a standard plan.

Territory options remain valid only while the account, subscription, payment status, and agreement are active. Reach Response may suspend them for nonpayment or contract breach.

Public searches never identify the current partner. Administrative exceptions and overrides are logged.

“Exclusive” does not mean the person is exclusive across outside platforms, agents, or lead sources.
